How do I go about sending commands to fluxbox from bash? Is that even possible? |

Okay, yes, I'm aware of init, but I'm trying to write a script that will automatically switch my desktop periodically. And I don't know how to send commands to fluxbox to do so from bash. |

How about setting up .fluxbox/keys and then writing a cron or script that executes Alt+F# keys after such minutes? |

Aha! wmcontrol!
I've stumbled across that before...but it didn't register for some reason. I think that'll be perfect. Thanks! |
