Anyone own a DVD-RAM?

Any problem with compatibility? If you got a manual on how to install it, please let me know, so I get an idea of how hard it is to install it.

How do you write and erase with DVD-RAMs?

I do own one. Using it is very simple; it's basically like a hard disk. You can partition it, create a filesystem on it, mount and write. It's even easier to use than dvd+-RW.

Can your DVD-RAM drive support DVD-RAM in caddies?

i just got a DVD-RAM myself (because my 8x CD-RW finally crashed).
How did you get RAM to work?

I can'*t get it to work..
