Gentoo help pls

I just install Gentoo and I'm here:
# export CONFIG_PROTECT=""
# emerge system
...
emerge sys-libs/pam-0.75-r6 to
md5 Linux-PAM-0.75.tar.gz
Unpacking source...
cp ...can not stat /usr/share/automake/install-sh - No such file or directory.
.........
.........
I tried "emerge rsync" again, "scripts/bootstrap.sh" again and i got the same error all the time.
Please Help

I made this path by hand and now it works?! ( maybe later will fall? )
