Hello,

We have a dual opteron system here for running calculations. When I run one (heavy) process, it gets 100% of one processor, when I run two, both processors are at 100%, three processes result in one 100% and two 50% etc,... My question is however: is it possible to load balance on a user level? I.e. when there are many users running processes all get the same amount of processing power, no matter how many instances or processes they start or run. Is such a thing possible? And how do I do this?

Thank you
