Offcourse that's ok
I'll upload it at my server and put a link here.

That is the best gentoo GDM theme I've seen. I hate the official cow one. Thanks for your work. _________________ Gentoo: it's like wiping your ass with silk. |

Thank you...
But, this isn't all mine. I should have mentioned earlier...
Here's a README from archive:
Just a gentoo modification of the original Tobacco Sky theme by Fabian
Deutsch & Tuomas Kuosmanen.
I had no idea what to make, and found that wonderfull theme, so I just switched to background that I've made for genpowered gensplash theme, so that they match. Next project I plan to do is XFCE splash based on genpowered gdm theme, so again, that they could match |

One more thing...
Splash screen is tested on 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768 and finally on 1280x1024.
GDM theme is tested ONLY on 1280x1024.
So all you guys that have lower res, please report any graphic bugs and/or bad streching. 1280x1024 is 5:4 and all those lower res's are 4:3 so that strech can be very tricky. It would be even better if someone with this low res could send me a screenshot so that I can evaluate if everything is ok.
Here's how can you make screenshot of XDM/GDM/KDM:
Code: | chvt 7 ; sleep 5 ; XAUTHORITY=/var/gdm/:0.Xauth DISPLAY=:0.0 import -window root /tmp/gdm-shot.png |
If your X server is at vt7 (ALT+CTRL+F7), offcourse. |

Damn that silent bootsplash image looks even better live than when I saw the image the first time. My laptop bootup looks so much cooler now, thanks a lot! _________________ undvd - ripping dvds should be as simple as unzip |

Great ! I suggest you file a bug, requesting your theme to be added. Post the bug number here. |

I love that GDM theme... That would be very cool if you could do one for KDM too

Nice work! |
KDE can't be themed the way GDM can (unless this has been changed in kde 3.4) |

You can change the background in KDM. But that's all I think (could be wrong). _________________ Gentoo: it's like wiping your ass with silk. |

Whoa. That is probably the best GDM theme I have ever seen. Now all you need to do
is make a KDM copy of it!
No seriously, please?

I know you can on KDE 3.4.
