JPEG Library won't compile

I didn't see another thread on this if there is, I do apologize but this is the error I'm getting:

[bladen]

There are lots of things dependent on this file.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yea there are alot of dependents. Most notablely for my purposes, PHP and Blackbox
