Copying entire install to new drive!

I got my self a new hard drive and I dont really feel like reinstalling gentoo on it since i have an already customized and much loved install on my old harddrive. Is there an easy way of "moving" or "copying" the entire install to the new partions created on the new drive. The new drive will replace my old one which will be put into another pc.

I did that last weekend, and I found all the info needed by searching for "disk upgrade transfer". The actual post I used was:

It takes so little effort to search with carefully selected keywords.

I usually do try my best to find existing topics by searching.
