|
|
Ok, using liveird I managed to get the Audigy2 Platinium ZX remote control working, and the red indicator on it flashing, but after I rebooted the machine (dont ask why) - it stopped responding. cat /dev/snd/midiC0D1 doesn't display anything, obviously, even when I press the buttons. Then I noticed that even the red indicator at the front panel doesn't blink at all when I press buttons.
The remote control worked right before the reboot, so its not the batteries or the remote - its a daemon or a driver, or something like that - but I cannot figure out what. Anyone has any ideas what should I try? _________________ while : ; do mkdir lame; cd lame; done

Could you at least tell me where should I look? What could the problem be? Hardware, kernel, drivers, daemons? Anything? I know its not the hardware; worked before reboot. I believe its probably a driver, but I am not sure. Please help somebody... anybody... help. _________________ while : ; do mkdir lame; cd lame; done |

[SOLVED]
I needed to
Code: | echo -e '\360\000\040\041\141\000\000\000\177\000\367' > /dev/snd/midiC0D1 |
to make it work _________________ while : ; do mkdir lame; cd lame; done |
