BIND nameserver configuration howto?

Is there a how-to anywhere for configuring a BIND nameserver? Just looking for something to aide in setting up a nameserver for a few domains
I'm supirsed http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/DNS-HOWTO.html is the only help on this site.

It tells you specifically how to set up a simple domain.

I've got a very simple caching DNS guide on my personal website, so that's probably not anything you're looking for.

THere's a book from O'Reilly press that deals with BIND and DNS that is very good.
