Buongiorno a tutti.
Ho un grosso problema. Scusatemi se chiedo soccorso sul forum Gentoo anche se ho una Debian.
Quando riavvio la mia knoppix 3.6 installata su HD da due mesi senza problemi, mi si blocca al boot al seguente step:
Starting periodic command scheduler: cron
Ora, ho provato a partire da CD live e tutto é a posto, ma non so dove intervenire per eliminare il problema.
Mi spiego: dove togliere il comando "cron" nella sequenza di boot? Oppure, posso reinstallare il tutto senza cancellare i servizi e le configurazioni (oltre ai programmi ed applicazioni)?

Sorry ma, dato che "la legge é uguale per tutti", come abbiamo fatto altre volte il post viene bloccato.
BTW controlla nei vari script /etc/rcX, anche se secondo me dovresti indagare sul perché cron ti fa questo scherzo....
