Shocked until I realised it was an April Fool!

Very funny - I had forgotten it the 1st today. I will keep an eye out in the news as there are ususally some good ones around. But I have to say I was totally taken in by this one,

I also fell for this joke. I was so upset with the so-called "new gentoo-redesign" theme.

yaneurabeya: You can enable it via your Profile.

Btw, i just tested the theme in Internet Explorer, rendering works great there, too.

Nothing wrong with this theme, its gently to my eyes in my dark room :)

Edit:
Is it possible to download the theme so I can use it for my own forum?

Yep, it looks really nice in ie. I think that those people using firefox should just step over to ie too because ie renders the colors better and has better support for transparant png images

Ok, if this (rather nice) format is an April Fool's joke and (presumably there's only one per-site kinda thing) - then I'm assuming that the 'Gentoo on NT kernel' on the main Gentoo.org webpage is, in fact, the April Fool's.

Which means that this isn't. Ok - I like the colour.

Oh god. I just tried the gentoo-redesign theme. Reminded me of astalavista.com(not a typo). From hell. Anyway, the theme was just too bad to be believable.

For those of you who fell for it... APRIL FOOLS!!!!!

www.gentoo.org is a different site from forums.gentoo.org. Please tell me this.....GeNToo was just a bit too much...although rather thought out....I'm still not %100 sure on that one.

Go check out slashdot....nobody's believing anything posted today. They're all crying April fool's on stories posted ....3 days ago. oops.

More contrast. Period.
Or someone with a sense of useability.
Or someone who hasn't had his head in a bucket of blueberry soup.
It's awful. Period.
(Hoping it's a April 1 thingie).
