<gatewaydev>￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿</gatewaydev>
                   ^
Entity: line 7: parser error : Extra content at the end of the document
  <gatewaydev>￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿</gatewaydev>

Also and prob related i am having to enter my default gateway manually after reboots

Thanks for that.It looks like thats it only difference is i can't open network-admin now.Is there a way to edit manually as it looks like the def gateway is causing it not to start with the error in original post.

Yup, I just run into a similar problem. The configuration file looks like XML so it seems like it can be edited by nano or some other editor. Does anybody know where it is located?
