Belkin 802.11g USB Adapters

Now, before I ask, I am not at all confident of getting a positive answer for this..

Does anyone know if the adapters in the subject can be made to work in Linux? I've not come across any literature concerning USB NICs and Linux at all, so I'm rather clueless on the whole thing. And most other things, if you've seen me here before.
