when i edit the autoload file should i just write the name or the addres

Er, what?
Please explain what exactly you mean by
  • autoload file,
  • name, and
  • address
None of them are clear the way you formulated it above.

i am going to configure the "/etc/modules.autoload.d/kernel-2.6" and i wondered if i sould write the path(some/thing/ntfs.ko) or just the name of the module (ntfs)
it's just an example

Ah, OK.
You just need the module name, not the full pathname of the file containing the module. In your example, it's just
