I znowu ja... :)]

Mam Gentoo zainstalowane od fazy bootstrap'owania wlacznie. Uzylem stage1-x86-2004.3 i portage-20050320. Na czym mialoby polegac przejscie z devfs na udev? Czy jest to bezpieczna zmiana? Czy mi sie to oplaca (np. nie uzywam hotplug'u, coldplug'u...)?

Bede wdzieczny za odpowiedz.

Przeczytałem oba te ,,artykuły'' i nie znalazłem odpowiedzi dlaczego udev jest lepszy od devfs... Może mi to ktoś nakreślić tak intuicyjnie?

sprobuj to sie prezkonasz. to nic nie boli, w udev mozesz nazywac urzadzenia jak chcesz i pisac do niech regulki,
