Sto installando gentoo da un cd del 2004 con download dalla rete dello stage1.
Il bootstrap ad un certo punto si ferma ritornando il messaggio:
No message digest entry found for file patch-2.6.8.1.bz2

Grazie per qualche aiuto.

Si ferma su sys-kernel/linux-headres-2.6.8.1-r2
e consiglia di fare
ebuild /usr/portage/category/package/package-version.ebuild digest
Ho provato a fare ebuild del pacchetto su cui si ferma, come, mi sembra, da sue inidcazioni ma non va.

Ho postato anche su "installation" nella parte internazionale.

E' stata fornita una soluzione funzionante:

ebuild /usr/portage/sys-kernel/linux-headers/linux-headers-2.6.8.1-r2.ebuild digest
