Samba Server Settings ?

I want to get help regarding the installation of the SAMBA SERVER on the LINUX Machine.

How to configure this server, and is this necessary to restart every time when i want to run the samb server..
:?:

Is this samba server can be installed from rpm file or can be run withouth this installation package.?

and plz tell me the command of configuration of samba server... :?:

I suggest you start reading the gento handbook once more inclusive the 2 chapters on portage after the end of the handbook.
Gentoo has portage and does not use (with very few closedsource exceptions) rpm packages. (rpm are already compiled)
Then head to one of the following places and start reading and you'll find what you need:
- Gentoo Wiki
- Gentoo doc section
- Gentoo Forum - Documentation Tips Tricks
