Hi

I'm fighting my way through software suspend 2 at the moment and I have one question:

When I activate "ACPI Sleep states" in the kernel and DO NOT ACTIVATE any swsusp options: Can I use suspend-to-disk anyway? Via Acpi? Or are Suspend2, SWSUP, PMDISK etc. necessary implementations of S4 aka Hibernation aka Suspend-to-Disc?

greetings

Gentoo is great! :-)
