I'm trying to compile gnome-light. However, it fails when trying to compile imlib-1.9.14-r3.

checking for gif_lib.h...no
configure: error: *** GIF header not found ***

I've searched, but nothing useful comes up? If it helps, I've just done a stage2 install for Pentium3.

note: when you solve the problem in the thread you should prepend or append '[SOLVED]' to the topic title.
