Like in the title - I'm not able to assign a keyboard shortcut to an app. All the other shortcuts (desktop changing, loging out, whatever) work well.
I can provide some more info, but I'm not sure what can be usefull... |

Have you emerged kxkb (in case you're using the split ebuilds)? |

I got the same problem. I also emerge split kde build. Might be missing one package, but don't know which one |
