hello, i installed lm_sensors + gdesklet and it works fine, my question is "is there any risk running lm_sensors all day every day on my machine" cause i saw in other site dont remenber where was it running sensors ll be dangerous. :)

Running lm_sensors can be dangerous in the meaning that it need to run and check for various devices into your motherborad, some of them maybe ISA architecture, wich can cause hangs sometimes, and with win95 when autodetecting "plug&cry" devices.

I dont know of any other issues, but cant say that they do not exist. Anyone has more info???

My uptime would basically be infinite if I did not have to do the occasional gaming-related reboot about once a week, and I have had lm_sensors running full time from the moment this particular install was ready for them (I believe it was January).
