It contains PaX, grsecurity and RSBAC patches which enables even tighter security if one wants it... I recommend it if you value your data security...

i emerge hardened-dev-sources thats all i need to do right or do i have to recompile the kernel aswell?

| You have to recompile the kernel and enable any pax and grsecurity options if you want the added security. I highly recommend you read about this all first, enabling the wrong options can cause your system to stop booting. |

please use rsbac-sources in order to use rsbac |
