how to install a Desktop

I everyone! This is my first post here! I'm kind of a newbie when it comes to linux and even more when it comes to gentoo linux.
I installed gentoo from stage 3 on my pc, and it went along fine right untill i finished and rebooted.
How do i install a desktop envoirment???? All i get is the command line, and i would like to install fluxbox and kde, but i have no clue what so ever of how to do it (i tried emerge fluxbox, it compiles, i reboot, and still nothing).

Can someoe help me?
