Like in the title - I'm not able to assign a keyboard shortcut to an app. All the other shortcuts (desktop changing, loging out, whatever) work well.

I can provide some more info, but I'm not sure what can be usefull...

Have you emerged kxkb (in case you're using the split ebuilds)?

Unfortunately, that didn't work...
I'm sure it's not a x-specific problem, only kde one...

I got the same problem. I also emerge split kde build. Might be missing one package, but don't know which one

Well, I'm not mising any! It's a problem with config files, cuz this happens only on one account.
