|
|
Hi all,
I recently updated my world. Now, in Thunderbird, the LDAP server I used to read my addressbook (an exchange server) has just dissapeard. Adding a new one is not working, after clicking on add, nothing is added.
Is there a solution? Must I use the ldap use flag when emerging thunderbird to have ldap support?
Thanks!

i'm using thunderbird v1.0.2 and i'm having exactly the same problem. the problem is that the useflag "ldap" is set:
Code: | seb seb # emerge mozilla-thunderbird -pv
These are the packages that I would merge, in order:
Calculating dependencies ...done!
[ebuild R ] mail-client/mozilla-thunderbird-1.0.2 +crypt -debug -gnome +java +ldap -moznoxft -xinerama +xprint 0 kB
Total size of downloads: 0 kB

the same procedure works fine with a win32 version of thunderbird, so i'm not sure what i'm doing wrong. are other packages needed to add ldap-directories? any hints? |
