Hi,
I've been trying to figure out this problem all day, and was hoping that someone could point me in the right direction. I've been experiencing problems with sendmail since a reboot of the system yesterday. I was thinking that maybe sendmail didnt restart properly. So, I did the following:
> /etc/init.d/sendmail start
But got the error:
Initializing SMTP port (sendmail)/etc/init.d/sendmail: line 39: startproc: command not found
/etc/init.d/sendmail: line 41: startproc: command not found
failed
So, I did some more digging and it seems like something is wrong with procps.
I've been searching various forums but can't seem to find anything that has helped.
If anyone could provide any suggestions, I'd greatly appreaciate it.
Thanks in advance. |
