Make sure to add loopback support to your kernel (Device Drivers -> Block Devices).

I have enabled loopback support, but I am still getting this:
Code:
cybergen dsl # mount -t iso9660 -o loop dsl-1.0.1.iso /mnt/iso/
mount: could not find any device /dev/loop#

Is there something else I should be doing other than enabling the support?

If you compiled it as a module, you need to modprobe it.

Code:
modprobe loop
