Hello can some one help me to figure out this error?
vfolder_menu:error: you need XML::DOM to manipulate VFolder menus
I have emerged XML-DOM but i still get there error. This does not affect the use of crossover office but it does not allow the menu items to be instaloled.
If any one has any insight on this i would apreciate it.
Here is the whole error

I am having the same issue. I read on CodeWeavers web site to reinstall perl with 'ithreads' in the USE flag. I am still having no luck. |

Hi,
A possible workaround is the following. Open two nautilus windows.
1. With the first go to the location "$HOME/.gnome/apps/" (you may have to turn on: Preferences, show hidden files and folders) => Here you will find the Menu's which codeweaver created.
2. With the second window go to location "applications:///". You will then find the applications menu as shown in the panel. Put it in icon view (for more convenient drag 'n drop).
3. Drag the desired menu items over from the apps folder to the applications:/// location. In the apps folder for every subfolder there will be an item with the same name in its own folder (sounds fuzzy but when you see it, you know what I mean), include this when copying subfolders.
This worked for me hope this will do the trick. Good Luck. |
