I just upgraded emul-linux-x86-glibc from 1.1 to 2.3.4.20041102, but still can not resolve this problem.

Anyone can help me?

Check your kernel config and make sure you have enabled IA32 Emulation.

Code:

Executable file formats / Emulations  --->
     <<other options>>
     [*] IA32 Emulation

Same here...
IA32 Emulation is enabled.
All dependent emul packages installed.

There is a link to a little openoffice 2 howto in the faq, you might be interested in trying it out.
