Hey everyone. I had heard a little while ago about the "backstreet ruby" patch for 2.4 that allows you to have more than one keyboard on the system recognized as independent devices (rather than having all keyboards connected to the system treated as the same device.) It's been a while and now I'm a bit confused. Is there something similiar for kernel 2.6? Does it support framebuffer yet? Is there just a ruby patch that handles this? (I heard something similiar except it was just called ruby.) I'm confused. I hope I haven't just confused all of you as well Any information at all would be greatly appreciated

There is a 2.6 ruby patch and docs: http://www.ltn.lv/~aivils/
I'm trying this right now and will keep you posted.
If someone has any useful to share: please do! |

Awesome. Thanks for the answer. Nobody had replied for quite a while and I was beginning to lose hope

can you get this to patch on gentoo-sources ? mine refuses, i think because of a previous patch, unless i'm doing something wrong. Haven't tried with vanilla-sources though. |
