Is there any possiblity to get this Raid Controller INTEL SE7320VP2 SATA RAID running under Gentoo?

That Intel chipset provides 'fake raid' see http://linux.yyz.us/sata/faq-sata-raid.html
The only reason to use its raid capabilites over linux kernel raid is so you can access your raid with linux or windows.
If you want that, then start here http://tienstra4.flatnet.tudelft.nl/~gerte/gen2dmraid/
Note the Gentoo liveCD too.
