|
|
Hello,
I have a DLink 650+ wireless card.
I emerged acx100 and made:
modprobe acx_pci
I've got no error, but it does not appear in lspci and the lights don't go on....
I compiled kernel with the correct parameters (i think....)....
Thanks for any help.

I spent countless hours bugerizing around trying to get the same card working. There's actually 2 different models iirc, one has the alx chip, one does not. In the end, I compiled the ndiswrapper module and used the windows drivers. Took me about 5 minutes to setup and worked flawlessly. Do a search on the forums for ndiswrapper and you'll find some nice information.
I wont be able to help much more than that i'm afraid, have had to revert to windows on my laptop. Stupid specialty software that wine wont run that work provides... |
