Is there anything I need to add to my use flags?

If you are using gnome, then gtk and gnome should be in your USE flags. Gnome actually will complain on startup if you DON'T have xscreensaver installed, and integrates well with it. |

Aye ,they're both there, but its still being compiled without GTK support. |

By "without gtk support" do you mean it has the nasty looking password box? If so then I don't know of a way to get rid of that, but it certainly isn't controlled with the gtk/gnome USE flags. _________________ Tom Wesley |

Nah, its being compiled with the motif front-end (looks horrid). The configure script it warning me I should be using the "gtk" use flag, even though I already am.
EDIT:
Code: | # These settings were set by the catalyst build script that automatically built this stage
# Please consult /etc/make.conf.example for a more detailed example
CFLAGS="-O2 -march=i686 -pipe -fomit-frame-pointer"
CHOST="i686-pc-linux-gnu"
CXXFLAGS="${CFLAGS"
MAKEOPTS="-j2"
USE="gtk gnome qt kde alsa dvd cdr dvdr"
ALSA_CARDS="atiixp"
ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86" |

Hmm, I unmerged it, cleaned up packages and then emerged it. It has GTK support now. Weird, but fixed. |
