i installed gentoo, and i'm very happy with it, but i can't find the order with wich i see all my installed package like rpm -qa \| more, i think its a very easy thing, but i find nothing in the man of emerge and ....

You're looking for the package called 'gentoolkit' that provides the command-line application 'qpkg'.
