I was thinking about going for some SCSI drives for my PC upgrade and was wondering if anyone had experience with a "Tekram DC-390U4W Ultra 320Mbit SCSI2/3 Ultra 2 LVD (PCI)" card and Gentoo and what luck/performance they had from it.

i have 2 tekram controllers (both older ones, from the 390 series) and am very happy with both of them.
well, not exactly what you asked for.. but tekram is a good product, imho. no need to buy adaptec (extra $$$). |
