la soluzione sta nell'utilizzare

synCE che si trova su http://synce.sourceforge.net/synce/

c'è anche un HOWTO per sincronizzare contatti e la schermata today con evolution

se non dovessi riuscire a usare synce, puoi anche tirar fuori i dati dal pocketpc così
