Hi,
Can anybody tell me in Linux, how to know Mother board or Base board details, like Manufacturer, product serial number, and version.

you might have luck with "dmidecode".
Also, lspci -vv lists a lot of info.

Just emerge 'sys-apps/lshw' - it can provide you with a *lot* of information ...
