Which release for a Pentium M?

Just went up to grab a stage 2 tarball for my laptop - which release do you use for a pentium M? I've no idea and haven't found anything after a few searches.

Pentium3 if it exists, otherwise 686. In any case Pentium4 is definitely the wrong one.
