[solved] Downgrade from X.Org 6.8.99.3 --> 6.8.2-r1 probl

I just downgraded from 6.8.99.3 to check if the i810 driver was fixed for DRI, it turns out it did, but X was sucking all my memory so I decided to wait until it becomes stable. After emerge'in 6.8.2-r1, which is what I used proir, I now get the following error:

Duplicate symbol __i686.get_pc_thunk.bx in /usr/lib/modules/fonts/libbitmap.a:bitmapmod.o
Also defined in /usr/lib/modules/fonts/libbitmap.a
