Before I complied my kernel I checked that my clock was right (date).
I also set the correct link to /etc/localtime (I live in sweden, /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Stockholm)

In the kernel I enabled RTC and compiled.

Every time I boot/shutdown there is a message that says "Syncing clock to UTC"

The time is off by +2 hours, any clues?

set CLOCK="local" in /etc/rc.conf
