I would like to make a bootcd with what software I've got installed on gentoo now (X, firefox, openoffice, KDE, etc)
Of course, I'd need to install some auto-detection stuff like kudzu, hotplug, etc. Perhaps I could use the gentoo livecd as a base, and install like X, alsa, KDE, etc. into that image? Thanks.

If the standard KNOPPIX suits your needs, then I'd just use that.
Otherwise, morphix might be interesting. |
