CRASH and missing panel icon.. [SOLVED]

I'm having problem with xmms and kmix.. I use kde 3.4.. and I also have the same problem when I use kde 3.3.2.. Xmms always close by itself and kmix always crash a few second after I open it..

And one more thing.. Recently I remove Klipper from the panel.. But then when I open superkaramba, the superkaramba icon doesn't appear on the panel.. Same with kmix.. How can I fix it??

Try to downgrade to alsa-lib-1.0.7 and
put ">alsa-lib-1.0.7" in /etc/portage/portage.mask to avoid upgrade
in the next emerge -u world.

You should do the same with all other alsa-** packages you have so
that they all have the same version.

Keep an eye on alsa-** new stable packages in portage to check if they corrected
the problem on 1.0.7.
