how to change freevos or mencoders audio in source?

Hi!

I've been struggeling with a freevo for a while now. One of my last problems is that mencoder has different audio input source than what freevo controls. Problem is, that if I connect my tv-cards audio cable into mic, I can record fine with mencoder, but freevo mutes the line and so I can't hear anything when watching tv. Or another way around, I can't record sound if I connect plug into line-in.

I have soundblaster Live! card, and ati's tv-wonder tv-card. Is there a way to cange either freevo's or bencoders audio input source? Should I be able to use DMA audio with tv-wonder? I tried unsuccesfully... But it's a bit complicated task, so If someone could confirm I'll try aggain...

Last change is to go to by some plugs and solder an y-cable, but I wouldn't want to go into that...
