Hi every one,
I'm using a PPPoE dial up to connect to the intenet so I'm behind a proxy, and I use this proxy to configure the net browsers, aMSN and it works well.
But I want ot use Kopete, it didn't work, and there is no way to set aproxy to it .
Plz any one to help.

I've done some research and from what I've seen Kopete doesn't support connection through a proxy yet. Of course you shouldn't get worried because there are other Instant Messengers that do support proxy and you can use them.

Hey Abed Elhady, i know you've also asked me to help you with this kopete/proxy business.
And now it seems im in the same situation as you, my internet provider blocked all ports for some reason, and now im trying to use kopete with proxy too, but im afraid it isnt supported :(
Browser works fine with proxy though...
