i press enter key after "rm -rf ~/tmp"
i dumbfound...
i want restore ~/tmp and dont know howto
nice of you, please tell me howto
the fs type is ext3 and exists a logger |

sorry, there is no way.
- If it was text then you can search for it on the disk device, eg. "strings /dev/hdax" (x = the partition you deleted it from)
- If you have a deleted file still open you can restore it with /proc/<pid>/fd/ (cat the file-descriptor to a new file)
