Is there an IMAP4-proxy that scans mails for viruses?

Hi!

I was wondering if there is such a thing like an IMAP4-proxy that is able to scan mails on-the-fly like pop3vscan does for POP3.
Google didn´t really help. Could it be possible that the IMAP-protocol makes it impossible to "vscan" mails and this is the reason why i didn´t find anything like this?
