I recently fresh installed gentoo, but I'm having problems with gkrellm.
Whenever I try to start it, it takes 2-3min to show up!! And it doesn't throw any kind of error or warning....it just starts normally...but 3 minutes after i called it.
I have no plugins installed and tried both 2.2.4 and 2.2.5 versions. I downgraded to version 2.1.28 and it works fine....Nevertheless, I would appreciate if someone figured out the problem, so I could use the newer versions.

Thanks

Solved the problem by typing "fc-cache", as proposed by this thread https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-309525.html....nifty little program :)
