Well, I have recently burned a few dvds in linux, just avi files i have downloaded. They work fine in linux and everything but when I put these dvds in windows the file names are all weird. They are all in capps and missing the end of the name and extention. So if I have a bunch of avi files with the same name except for an 01,02,03 and so on at the end, it is all cut off in windows so I can't tell which is which let alone what type of file it is.
I'm guessing I am using the wrong filesystem (or an advanced one that is not supported on winblows). Any ideas what I can do to fix this? |

Yes. You forgot to enable Joliet support. _________________ Military Commissions Act of 2006: http://tinyurl.com/jrcto

k3b for writing, kernel for reading. In your case it'd be k3b. _________________ Military Commissions Act of 2006: http://tinyurl.com/jrcto
