What media player is that? Is that Winamp5 Wine'd, or did someone successfully create a linux media player that can use winamp modern skins?

It could also be beep-media-player (bmp). It is compatible with winamp classic skins, so if you think you've seen it on a windows machine, that's probably it. Unless xmms can use them too, I've never tried.
