System 350 Mhz Pentium II
128 MB
Ich kann gentoo linux 1.4rc2 nicht auf diesem Rechner installieren weil nach dem Eingabepromt boot:
bleibt er nach dem Hinweis
"Uncompressing Linux... Ok, booting the Kernel." stehen, bzw. er stürzt ab, so das nur noch ausschalten hilft (Tastatur hängt auch). An der CD kann es nicht liegen, da sie sich auf einem anderem Rechner installieren läßt. doch ich möchte es ja auf diesen Rechner einrichten.

| Hast du mal versucht von Knoppix aus zu booten? Erkennt die Hardware besser, daher gibt es meistens weniger Probleme. |
